Good Laboratory Practice [GLP]

« Back to Glossary Index

The principles of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) are a quality standard concerned with the organisational process and the conditions under which non-clinical health and environmental safety studies are planned, performed, monitored, recorded, reported and archived. GLP serves to ensure that the results of such studies are credible and that an experiment can be reproduced at any time.
